Newborn Photography: Dylan

Photobucket
I am so excited to share the pictures from my latest newborn session.  Dylan was PERFECT!
Photobucket
Look at that blonde hair.  So sweet.
Photobucket
He was a sleepy little guy and let us do all sorts of hats and poses.

His dad is a musician and he played some beautiful soothing music for Dylan when he took a break to eat.   I had to get a photo of this sweet tradition.  It's not every day I get to have my photo session accompanied by live music!

His beautiful mother was so sweet with him.

There were so many sweet pictures from the session, it was so hard to choose!
Photobucket
Mom and Dad requested that Dylan get a photo with his "big brother."

Congrats on your wonderful new baby!  It was a pleasure.

Newborn Photography: Robbie

I just LOVED the pictures from this newborn session.Photobucket
Robbie is a sweet little first born and he was so cooperative.
Photobucket
This blanket was his dad's baby blanket!
Photobucket
And here Robbie is wrapped in his mother's baby blanket.  Such sentimental photos.
Photobucket
So bright eyed.

He just looked so adorable in the little elf hat!

This has to be one of my favorite photos from the session. There's just something about a Daddy holding his first son...

Newborn Photography: Eliza, 10 days old

I see many sessions of little Eliza in the future. The more I take her picture, the more cute baby hats and props her mom will make for me! And she was SO fun to photograph!
She was SO sleepy and she let me position her just how I wanted!
I just LOVE this one!
Oh my goodness, she is so sweet!
Eliza's mom insisted that we hang Eliza for a picture! She made the sling, of course. Eliza was really good in the sling, she didn't cry or complain, she just looked confused.
Big brother came over for a picture with Eliza. Don't you just LOVE Eliza's cute hat and jacket? Again, made by mommy.
Eliza's mom pulled out this beautiful hat for this sweet picture. I am SO glad that she likes my pictures because she makes such darling things for them!
Oh, I could have photographed her all day!

Newborn Photography: Eliza

This beautiful baby was only 1 day old when I came to the hospital to take her pictures. Her talented mommy is my baby hat supplier (she is going to put an Etsy shop together once she adjusts to two kids) so little Eliza was blessed with many hats to wear for our shoot. She was just so sweet and sleepy!

Oh, such lovely plump cheeks! She was a delight to meet!

Newborn Photography: Coleson, Take Two

I made a return trip to photograph little Coleson since he hadn't been very sleepy for our first session. Although the light wasn't as good thanks to LOTS of rain clouds, Coleson was much more cooperative. I think it helped that we kept his clothes ON.It was so fun to bounce and cuddle with him between poses, keeping him sleepy and happy.
This is one of my favorites. I love that bucket!
And I will end with this sweet picture of Coleson smiling with his little doggy friend from Grandma.

Newborn Photography: Coleson

I took Coleson's 2 week pictures today. He was born at 36 weeks, so he is a TINY guy weighing only 5 pounds 6 ounces!
I will probably make a return trip because he wasn't super sleepy, but I think we still got some darling pictures. I took a few informal ones while Mommy soothed him.I can't decide between these two shots (a problem I often have), so I will post them both:
Such an adorable little one!
