Child Photography: Sisters at the Beach

I had the opportunity to participate in a photographer's beach retreat and, thanks to the gorgeous weather, we had some great photo shoots.  

These sisters were just a couple of the models we had.  I will post other models as I edit them.

I just loved when she pulled out this hat and scarf!  When I saw similar hats at The Children's Place I bought a couple for my daughters and for props.

Child Photography: Emma's Two Year Old Session

Emma was quite a bit of fun to photograph.  We played peek-a-boo, chase and danced to some music from her mom's phone.  She liked this pink chair with the sparkly buttons.

And she just loved wearing her Easter hat.  

It was a gorgeous day, just perfect for pictures!

She is such an adorable little girl!  I loved taking her pictures.

Child Photography: Kindergartener

This is my oldest daughter.  I call her Ballerina on the internet.  She is quite the little model.

(I just got Lightroom--YAY!- and I still need to learn how to add my logo)

I took her out for her six year old photo shoot and she just loved it.

I really didn't have to direct her very much, she just threw out pose after pose and of course, she was adorable.

Here she is striking a dance pose for me, she is in ballet class so her internet name works for her.

I love to get kids laughing or talking about something they love so I can get their genuine smiles.  Ballerina loves to tell nonsensical knock knock jokes.

I love my beautiful girl.

Child Photography: Siblings and Friends

My best friend, Jeana, has been wanting to get one year pictures for her sweet little girl for a while now.

It is such a treat to photograph my friends!

In case you were wondering, Jeana's coat is from Nordstrom Rack and she gets compliments on it all the time when we are out.

Big brother had a turn.  

And I snagged some friends pictures with my little girl.  These two can have so much fun together.

I have been dying to update my daughter's pictures for a while, so I'm really happy that we took the time to get all dolled up for pictures.

And here is my little boy.  I love that kid.
